Who handles information
This website supports Michael Barrera’s real estate services through sponsoring brokerage Corey Simpson & Associates. Information provided through an approved contact channel may be accessed and retained as reasonably needed for brokerage supervision, compliance, recordkeeping, and responding to the request.
Information that may be collected
If an inquiry form is approved and activated, information may include contact details, the real estate goal and timeframe you provide, city or area of interest, your message, referral source, consent selections, and technical information such as device, browser, approximate location, pages viewed, and timestamps.
How information may be used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, coordinate requested real estate services, maintain records, protect the website, meet legal and brokerage obligations, and manage communication preferences. REALTOR® inquiries will be kept within the approved real estate systems and supervision process.
Service providers and disclosures
Approved website, CRM, hosting, security, and communications providers may process information to perform contracted services. Information may also be disclosed to the sponsoring brokerage, professional advisers, regulators, or authorities when appropriate or legally required.

These measurements may be limited by consent choices, browser settings, and third-party search or form providers. Enhanced measurement, Google Signals, and advertising personalization are disabled. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or inquiry form contents to Google Analytics. Unrelated URL query strings and fragments are excluded. Limited campaign parameters (Google click IDs and campaign source, medium, and name) may be retained for up to 30 minutes in browser session storage and carried to our request forms to help attribute inquiries to advertising.
