If you’re starting a home search, it helps to put your preferences in one place. My website offers a OneHome invitation request so we can begin with what matters to you.

1. Tell me what you’re looking for

Use the invitation request form to share your preferred areas, price range, timeframe and property preferences. Include priorities such as bedrooms, space or features, and distinguish must-haves from things you can be flexible about. Don’t include bank records, identification documents or account passwords.

2. I review your request

The form is a request for personal follow-up—not an instant invitation or a promise that particular properties are available. I’ll review the details and clarify your criteria with you as needed.

3. I set up the search and send the invitation

When appropriate, I personally set up the saved search and send your OneHome invitation through the property-search system. This step is handled by me; it is not automatically completed by the website.

4. Keep the conversation going

Your priorities may become clearer as you look at properties. Let me know what fits, what doesn’t and what has changed so we can discuss adjustments. A search result is a starting point for further review, not a guarantee of availability, condition or suitability.
